Releasing Overwhelm

Susan McCulley joins Nathalie Pincham on the "Your Success Tonic" podcast today to talk about strategies for dealing with overwhelm.

With our nervous systems being subjected to so much information and ‘noise’, it’s little wonder that stress, anxiety and overwhelm are the three most common emotions my high achieving, driven clients tell me they struggle with.

Adapting is an essential part of being a leader and business owner. Especially in the world today. Nowadays overwhelm is trending up for everyone, and we need to be able to adapt.

Susan McCulley, a mindful movement teacher, and I talk about recognizing and adapting to these changes. We cover some important points related to overwhelm:

  •   How our physical, emotional, mental, realities overlap
  •   Decision Fatigue - what it is and how to overcome it
  •   Knowing your values helps you prioritize
  •   2 Simple ways to release stress and overwhelm
