We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

6 - STORY TONIC CLASSES

The purchase of any class will be for one person only. The information provided by Story Tonic, LLC during (but not limited to) the duration of the program shall not be shared, distributed, sold, or in any other way misused for anything other than educational material for the purchaser.

You hereby agree to not copy any of the material, in part or in whole, without the express, written permission of Story Tonic, LLC. You also agree to not use any of the material, in part or in whole, to produce your own program, or class that would be deemed as competition to Story Tonic, LLC. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently revoke your access to the material, in part or in whole, if you should abuse or neglect these terms.

7- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website, including the coursework, lesson plans, training modules, information, documents, design, graphics, photographs, sound recordings, images and all other information and intellectual property, registered and unregistered (“Content”) is the property of Story Tonic and is protected by the United States intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

When you access this Website or its Content, you agree that you will not copy, duplicate or steal any Content. Any unauthorized use of the Content is a violation of these Terms and Story Tonic LLC reserves the right to prosecute unauthorized use to the fullest extent of the law.

Information on this Website may be copied for personal use only. No part of this website may be reproduced, stored, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, scanning, or otherwise, except as permitted under Section 107 or 108 of the 1976 United States Copyright Act, without prior written permission.

8- PAYMENT + ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

As consideration for any purchase you make on the Website, you shall pay Story Tonic LLC all applicable fees and taxes. We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorize your credit card, bank account, or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
 

9 - REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. There are no refunds given for missing a class or failing to download any of the material or products. There are no refunds given for technical issues on the user-end (or due to any third party, including, but not limited to any Internet Service Provider) that prevent you from accessing any of the material. 

 

10 - ADVICE, DIRECTION, OR COUNSEL

Story Tonic shall not be responsible or liable for any advice, direction, or counsel given during a class, or consultation session, or communicated via any method, albeit email, Facebook comment, etc.. Furthermore, Story Tonic shall not be responsible or liable for the results of any implementation (or lack there of) of any Story Tonic recommendations.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
